We're open Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00. We're closed on weekends and Spanish public holidays. Same-day appointments are often available!

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) and no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. For clip card holders: 1 session will be deducted from your card for late cancellations or no-shows. For class membership holders: Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a temporary suspension of your booking privileges until resolved with administration.

Yes! When booking online, you can add the patient's details. Please ensure they bring valid ID to their first appointment.

No referral is needed for chiropractic, physiotherapy, naprapathy, massage, or gym membership. You can book directly with us.

We do not have direct cooperation with insurance companies. However, many of our patients successfully claim reimbursement from their insurance providers (ASSSA, Sanitas, DKV, Adeslas, and others). You will need to pay for your session at the time of treatment, and we will provide you with a detailed invoice including diagnosis codes and treatment information that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

No problem! We welcome private-pay patients. Our prices are competitive and transparent - check our Pricing page for details. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

We do not offer payment plans. However, we offer discounted package rates (pay upfront) for wellness services (gym memberships, personal training sessions) and massage therapy. All medical services (chiropractic, physiotherapy, naprapathy, shockwave) are full price only. Contact us to discuss package options for wellness and massage.

Absolutely! We provide detailed invoices with all necessary information for insurance reimbursement, including diagnosis codes and treatment details. You can submit this invoice directly to your insurance company to claim your money back.

Please bring: 1) Valid photo ID (passport or NIE), 2) Insurance card (if applicable), 3) Any relevant medical records or imaging (X-rays, MRIs), 4) List of current medications, 5) Comfortable clothing for treatment.

Our medical sessions are based on medical necessity, not fixed time slots. Treatment duration depends on your specific condition and needs. Typically: Chiropractic sessions are up to 30 minutes, Physiotherapy and Naprapathy sessions are up to 45 minutes, and Shockwave therapy is 30 minutes. Your practitioner will take the time needed to properly assess and treat your condition.
